Amy Sutton-Feld is an executive healthcare consultant with more than 20 years of experience leading transformational initiatives across the full spectrum of healthcare delivery — from large integrated health systems to physician-owned practices, de novo start-ups, and private equity-backed provider groups.

Her career has been defined by a willingness to take on the hardest problems in healthcare operations: the post-acquisition integration that seemed impossible to align, the PMO that needed to be built in 90 days, the de novo facility that had to be operational before the ink was dry on the license.

Amy founded ASF Consulting LLC to bring that same executive-level thinking and hands-on approach directly to healthcare organizations that need a trusted, experienced partner — not another consulting firm with a standard playbook.
